You'll craft the playbook that changes the industry. * Build relationships with freight brokers, carriers, and logistics companies as your life depends on it. * Close deals that aren't just wins--they're defining moments for our company. * Create Real Value * Understand the pain points of the T&L industry better than they do. * Show clients how we're not just a BPO but a partner that makes their lives easier and their businesses thrive. * Always be 5 steps ahead, providing solutions even before clients know they have a challenge. * Be the Leader Everyone Wants to Follow * You'll mentor and inspire our sales team to be absolute killers in the market. * Collaborate with internal teams to make sure we're overdelivering every time. * Represent us at industry events, trade shows, and meetings like the force of nature you are. * Drive Results Like a Boss * Stay on top of T&L trends, shifts, and disruptions. You know the game. * You've closed big, complex deals with the kind of decision-makers other people are scared to approach. * CRM tools? Sales analytics? You've mastered them. You don't just track numbers--you make them explode. * You get the T&L grind--freight challenges, tight deadlines, compliance headaches--and the solutions. * Key Skills You 'll Bring * You're a people magnet.
