Full description of the position

Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and driving sales growth in a designated territory. This role requires a strong understanding of Food Service sales processes, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. Duties * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and cold calling. * Develop and maintain relationships with key clients through effective account management. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies for territory growth. * Utilize CRM software, such as Pepper, to track sales activities and manage customer interactions. * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. * Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Provide exceptional customer service to address client needs and concerns. * Participate in trade shows and networking events to promote our products and services. Experience * Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in Food Service environments. * Strong background in business development, account management, or direct sales. * Familiarity with food service sales and the ability to understand varied products. * Experience with CRM software for tracking leads and managing customer relationships. * Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on upselling and closing deals. * Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and identify opportunities for growth. * Previous experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus. * Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.
