Top producing earners will make between $50,000 to $130,000 annually. Job description: A successful boat salesperson must possess a range of essential skills. Strong listening skills and the ability to ask insightful questions is of most importance to understand customer needs and offer the most suitable advice. Clear and effective communication is also crucial for explaining boat in an accessible way. A solid knowledge of different boat types and their features is necessary to answer customer questions confidently. Finally, excellent customer service skills are vital to ensure customers are satisfied with their purchase and motivated to recommend the business to others. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: * Set priorities, and ensure deadlines are met. * Use partner and customer feedback to inform product development and suggest new features. * Research and implement strategies to boost sales and enhance sales efficiency. * Ensure adherence to sales, finance, and legal policies and procedures. * Establish an open-communication environment within the sales team. * Ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet customer needs and objectives. * Represent and promote fun n sun at shows and events as needed. * Provide sales support and services, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. * Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and developments. * Collaborate with other departments to maintain customer satisfaction. * Additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: * 2-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in marine sales, with a strong understanding of the sales process. * Knowledge of marine products, systems, and relevant regulations. * Proficient in sales techniques and processes, with a demonstrated ability to identify and meet customer needs effectively. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building long-term client relationships. * Outstanding interpersonal and team management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with high attention to detail and a commitment to quality and deadlines. * Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with strong follow-up skills to ensure customer satisfaction. * Able to work onsite 6 days a week and travel as required.
