Full description of the position

The Grocery Sales Representative is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with grocery store accounts, driving product placement, increasing sales, and ensuring optimal in-store execution. This role involves regular store visits, account management, and collaboration with store managers and buyers to grow brand presence and revenue. Key Responsibilities * Visit assigned grocery stores on a regular schedule * Build strong relationships with store managers, buyers, and department leads * Present products, promotions, and new items to grocery accounts * Secure product listings, shelf space, and promotional displays * Monitor inventory levels and assist with reorders * Ensure proper product placement, pricing, and merchandising * Execute in-store promotions, demos, or resets as needed * Track sales activity and provide regular reports * Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts * Monitor competitor activity and market trends Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus) * 1+ years of sales, retail, or grocery industry experience preferred * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Self-motivated and comfortable working independently * Ability to travel locally and spend time on the road * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Physical Requirements * Ability to lift and move products or displays (typically up to 35 lbs) * Resolve basic account issues and follow up as needed Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 15.0 per week Benefits: * Company car * Paid training Work Location: In person
