OVERVIEW: At South Moon Under we call our Sales Associates, Stylists , because we help style our customers. As a Stylist, you will deliver unexpected service to our customers, build our brand, and drive our business through sales. You will also demonstrate a strong commitment to service, a sincere curiosity and interest in people, fashion, and style and exceptional selling skills. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES: * Contribute to the environment by delivering unexpected service to all customers. * Understand and communicate the South Moon Under brand to all customers. * Emulate the brand aesthetics and embody a strong sense of fashion and an enthusiastic attitude. * Assist in maintaining store visual standards. * Ensure all sales and operational policies and procedures are followed. * Accurately process all POS transactions, charge sends and returns. * Performs other duties related to the qualifications and requirements of the job. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: * Working knowledge of POS systems * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Basic mathematical skills * Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: * To perform the essential functions of this job, an employee must be able to meet the following physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; talk; or hear.
