Sales leaders are promoted from within * Full Benefits Medical, dental, vision, IRA with 3% company match, life/disability insurance What You'll Be Doing: * Visiting homeowners at scheduled appointments to assess concrete and foundation issues * Educating homeowners on the cause of the problem and explaining how we can help * Building trust, listening, and guiding clients through the sales process * Creating and presenting quotes using company software * Following up with prospects and closing deals * Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth project handoffs and happy customers We're Looking for Someone Who: * Has 2+ years of sales experience (preferred but not required) * Is naturally outgoing, persuasive, and confident * Can connect with people easily and earn trust * Is motivated by performance-based income * Is detail-oriented and process-driven * Can physically kneel, bend, and crawl during site visits * Has a valid driver's license and clean driving record The Right Fit for Our Team: You're probably a high D/I on the DISC profile: driven, enthusiastic, persuasive, and results-oriented.
