BUSINESS DEVLOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE Remote Work Schedule Job post summary: Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our expanding sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and fostering relationships that drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and experience in technology or B2B sales. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's growth by leveraging outbound calling, warm calling, and strategic marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: * Lead Generation: Utilize different strategies including cold calling, email campaigns, and online research in order to identify and generate a consistent pipeline of prospective clients. * Qualification and Needs Analysis: Conduct in-depth conversations with potential clients in order to understand their specific staffing requirement, evaluate their needs, and work with managers to provide suitable solutions. * CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions and progress utilizing Salesforce. * Market Research: Stay current with industry trends, the competitive landscape and market conditions in order to identify industry trends to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications: * Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence potential clients effectively. * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms. * Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. * Self-Motivated and Results Oriented Individual with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Familiarity with the staffing industry, including knowledge of different job roles and industries considered a plus. * High School Diploma Required.
