Our Young Dodge Morgan Location is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and customer-oriented Sales Personal Assistant to support our sales team and assist in daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the powersports industry and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the sales process, from lead management to client communication, as well as aiding in Community efforts such as Events or Scheduling meetings and organizing calendars for the team. Ensure all customer appointments are kept up-to-date and properly coordinated. * Customer Communication: Respond to customer emails/phone calls and messages promptly * Provide excellent customer service and relay customer inquiries to the sales team * Sales Tracking: Help manage sales CRM and ensure all customer interactions are logged and tracked. * Marketing & Promotion Assistance: Assist in preparing promotional materials/ social media posts and email campaigns. Help with dealership events (planning and coordination) and promotions. * Vehicle Knowledge: Stay up to date with current vehicle models/features and promotions to better assist customers and provide accurate information. Qualifications * * Experience: 1-2 years of administrative or sales support experience (preferably in the automotive industry). * Skills: Strong organizational skills/attention to detail and multitasking ability. Excellent communication skills * (both verbal and written). Proficient with MS Office Suite and CRM systems. * Customer Focus: Friendly approachable demeanor with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. * Problem-Solving: Ability to handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. * Automotive Interest: A passion for the automotive industry and a willingness to learn about various vehicle models/features and specifications.
