Duties * Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm and cold calling techniques to generate new business opportunities * Engage potential customers through effective communication, presenting product or service benefits clearly and persuasively * Follow up with leads generated from marketing efforts or previous contacts to nurture relationships and convert prospects into clients * Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions * Maintain a thorough understanding of the products or services offered * Participate in training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge * Requirements * Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, inside sales * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively * Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written * Ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns with a focus on warm calling strategies * Knowledge of marketing principles related to lead generation and customer engagement * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously * Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term client relationships * Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward achieving sales targets and business growth objectives Join our team to leverage your sales expertise in a supportive environment that values innovation, communication, and professional development.
