Pool Sales Manager - Join Our Growing Pool Company! Are you a motivated sales professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for helping homeowners create their dream backyard? Our small but fast-growing pool company is looking for a Pool Sales Manager to lead our sales operations, build customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. What You'll Do * Manage and grow the residential pool sales pipeline * Meet with customers to understand their needs and present pool design options * Use Pool Studio to design and present 3D pool concepts * Create and deliver proposals, estimates, and contracts * Lead, train, and motivate a small sales team * Work closely with installation and service departments to ensure project success * Track sales performance, forecasts, and customer feedback * Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm What We're Looking For * Proven experience in sales (pool industry or construction preferred) * Experience using Pool Studio (Structure Studios) * Strong communication and presentation skills * Ability to close deals and build long-term customer relationships * Comfortable working in a small-business environment where you wear multiple hats * Basic understanding of pool construction or willingness to learn * Spanish speaking is a plus * Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven * Valid driver's license Pay Structure * Commission-based pay only * High earning potential for motivated closers * Bonuses available for meeting sales goals What We Offer * Opportunities for advancement as the company grows * Supportive, family-style work environment * Flexible scheduling options
