Pool Sales Manager - Join Our Growing Pool Company! Are you a motivated sales professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for helping homeowners create their dream backyard? Our small but fast-growing pool company is looking for a Pool Sales Manager to lead our sales operations, build customer relationships, and drive revenue growth.

What You'll Do

• Manage and grow the residential pool sales pipeline
• Meet with customers to understand their needs and present pool design options
• Use Pool Studio to design and present 3D pool concepts
• Create and deliver proposals, estimates, and contracts
• Lead, train, and motivate a small sales team
• Work closely with installation and service departments to ensure project success
• Track sales performance, forecasts, and customer feedback
• Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm What We're Looking For
• Proven experience in sales (pool industry or construction preferred)
• Experience using Pool Studio (Structure Studios)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to close deals and build long-term customer relationships
• Comfortable working in a small-business environment where you wear multiple hats
• Basic understanding of pool construction or willingness to learn
• Spanish speaking is a plus
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven
• Valid driver's license Pay Structure
• Commission-based pay only
