Summary You have the opportunity to grow alongside a high-producing Keller Williams team as a Showing Assistant. Partner with us to gain hands-on real estate experience while learning proven KW models, systems, and tools that will elevate your skill set. You'll receive training, mentorship, and support designed to give you the structure, confidence, and leverage to build a thriving real estate career. Responsibilities * Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes * Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' search criteria * Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients * Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week * Participate in weekly script practice per team standards * Participate in team activities per team standards * Track tasks and activities in Brivity Technology Qualifications You are an enthusiastic, service-minded professional who is eager to grow within the Keller Williams ecosystem.
