Nathan Wright Landscape Design (NWLD) is a high-end, design-forward landscape firm serving residential clients in Chicago. We are seeking a field-present Landscape Maintenance Account Manager to lead maintenance sales, scheduling, and client stewardship as we grow our portfolio from ~50 to ~100 right-fit gardens. What You'll Do * Own new and existing maintenance clients , including site visits, scoping, and closing work * Own scheduling and work tickets for all internal maintenance and build crews * Grow the maintenance portfolio through renewals, enhancements, and new prospects * Serve as the primary, visible point of contact for maintenance clients * Apply contemporary horticultural best practices, including advanced pruning * Estimate maintenance agreements and enhancements in Aspire * Coordinate schedules to prevent conflicts and service failures Role Scope This is a field-based role blending sales, service, and operations. It is not a payroll, administrative audit, crew supervision, or design role. What We're Looking For * 5-8+ years in landscape maintenance and/or horticulture * Proven ability to sell services through expertise and site knowledge * Strong plant care expertise * Comfort working directly with high-end residential clients * Organized, decisive, and confident in the field * Aspire experience preferred (or ability to learn technology quickly) Compensation & Growth * $75,000-$85,000 base salary * Clear path to increased responsibility and compensation as authority and results are demonstrated If you enjoy growing a portfolio the right way -- through expertise, presence, and execution -- we'd love to hear from you.
