Sales Representative (Commission-Based) Location: Remote or Local (Preferred: Charlotte Metro or Raleigh-Durham) Employment Type: Independent Contractor Compensation: 100% Commission-Based About Pinno Marketing and Business Development At Pinno Marketing and Business Development , we help small to medium- sized businesses grow with clarity, structure, and scalability using our proprietary 4-phase framework: Branding, Strategy, Operations, and Marketing to Launch. We work across various industries, offering solutions such as brand development, marketing campaigns, business planning, SOPs, CRM setup, content strategy, website creation, and more. Now, we're looking for dynamic, driven Sales Representatives to join our team and play a critical role in expanding our client base. Job Overview We are seeking entrepreneurial-minded, results-driven Commission Sales Representatives to sell marketing and business development services to small and mid-sized businesses. This role is 100% commission-based and ideal for candidates passionate about sales, networking, and helping companies grow. Your efforts directly impact your income -- no cap, just opportunity. Key Responsibilities 1. Outbound Sales & Prospecting * Research and identify prospective local and regional clients (startups, growing SMBs, accelerators, service-based businesses). * Cold call, cold email, and follow up with business owners, marketing directors, or decision-makers. * Build your own lead pipeline using CRM and lead-tracking tools. 2. Phone & Virtual Consultations * Conduct discovery calls to assess client needs and align Pinno's services accordingly. * Explain and present our 4-phase framework and service packages clearly and compellingly. * Build trust through consultation and follow-up calls. 3. Client Acquisition * Close new business by presenting proposals and converting leads to clients. * Handle objections, negotiate pricing and deliverables, and deliver within our defined service packages. * Secure long-term client partnerships or project-based engagements. 4. Email Campaigns & Follow-Ups * Customize and send introductory and follow-up email sequences. * Use the provided templates or craft your own aligned with brand voice. * Track email performance and follow up appropriately. 5. Corporate Partnerships & Local Outreach * Develop partnerships with local chambers, professional groups, and startup accelerators. * Attend local events, expos, or networking opportunities (in-person or virtual) to generate leads. * Collaborate with PINNO on co-branded opportunities with strategic partners. Compensation & Commission Plan This position is 100% commission-based. Representatives earn based on each closed deal. There is no earning cap. Commission Structure * 10% revenue-based commission on every new client project or service package sold * 5% commission on clients that sign up for recurring monthly retainer packages (i.e., ongoing marketing services) * Bonus tiers : * $500 bonus for closing 10 clients in one month * $1,000 bonus for $25,000+ in closed deals in a single quarter Ideal Candidate Profile * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently * Strong phone and communication skills * Sales or marketing agency experience is a plus * Comfortable using CRM, Google Workspace, and productivity tools * Capable of managing multiple leads and follow-ups * Resilient with a hunter mentality Support Provided by PINNO * Sales enablement materials (pitch decks, email templates, lead sheets) * Access to our CRM for pipeline management * Training and product knowledge sessions * Back-end team for proposal development and onboarding new clients * Mentorship from leadership for growth and strategy Apply Now If you're ready to grow your income with no cap, build meaningful business relationships, and help companies scale with clarity -- we'd love to hear from you.
