We have an immediate opening for Business Development Manager for the Sacramento, CA area. As our BDM you will be responsible for Developing profitable business for Grecian Delight | Kronos foodservice product line utilizing sophisticated selling, marketing, and managerial skills. What you are going to be doing * Manage and build the Northern California region in sales and profits. * Set strategic sales plan for the regions sales and profits based on company objectives. * Establish strong relationships with existing customers, distributors, and end users. * Prospect for new business opportunities. * Work key food shows to sell new customers and develop relations with key current customers. * Train distributor sales team. * Make distributor and operator sales calls with brokers. * Serve as a liaison, when necessary, with the companys customer care department resolving problems related to customers equipment needs, products, lead times, pricing, and other related issues. * Investigate and resolve customer product quality issues. * Favorably negotiate marketing programs with distributors. * Analyze customer produce mix vs. spending and identify ways to increase profit margin. * Develops, prospects, and pursues top line pipeline account targets. * Update CRM Daily What you need to have Core Competencies * Relationship Building * Business Development * Business Acumen * Leadership * Communication Skills Verbal and written communication * Decision Making Background * BS or BA preferred. * 3 - 5 years of business development and/or sales in the food service industry. * Distributor and end user development. * Must reside in a major metropolitan area in Sacramento, CA Why work with us At Grecian Delight | Kronos Food, we understand that fulfilling our mission involves a blend of innovation and reverence for traditiona challenge that demands exceptional dedication from our team.
