Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will engage with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the car-buying process. A successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers. Duties * Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying potential customers and following up on leads. * Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their vehicle needs. * Conduct product demonstrations and explain vehicle features to prospective buyers. * Negotiate terms of sale and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Utilize retail math to assist customers in understanding financing options and payment plans. * Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly. * Maintain knowledge of current inventory, market trends, and competitor offerings. * Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. * Utilize public speaking skills during presentations or group discussions with potential buyers. * Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when communicating with clients over the phone. Qualifications * Proven experience in retail sales or automotive sales is preferred but not required. * Strong understanding of the sales pipeline process and retail math principles. * Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes for both the customer and the dealership. * Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. * Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele. * Ability to engage in public speaking situations confidently when presenting vehicles or promotions. * Strong phone etiquette for effective communication with clients over the phone. * A passion for cars and an eagerness to learn about new models and features.
