Do you love design, connecting with people, and turning conversations into sales? We're looking for a motivated, outgoing Sales Associate to join our MegMade family at our Munster, IN showroom. Whether you're seeking part- time or full-time hours, we're hiring someone who brings warmth, drive, and curiosity to every customer interaction. This role is all about making people feel welcome, learning about their homes and needs, and helping them discover how MegMade can help them transform their space --whether through a single piece or through our complimentary interior design services. Some days, the store is buzzing. Other days are slower. But every day is an opportunity to build relationships, offer beautiful solutions, and make sure each customer walks away saying, "That place was amazing." What You 'll Do: * Greet every customer and make them feel at home * Ask the right questions to learn about their needs, space, and style * Introduce our complimentary design services (yes, really!) and help customers sign up * Communicate product and service details clearly and confidently * Maintain the showroom's appearance and contribute to a fun, team-oriented culture * Reconnect with previous customers during downtime to drive future sales We 're Looking for Someone Who... * Is friendly, approachable, and confident talking to anyone * Has a passion for home design, furniture, or luxury retail * Is naturally sales-minded and knows how to turn interest into action * Loves working with people and making them feel heard * Is flexible with availability and can commit to some weekend hours Why This Role Matters: We're not just selling furniture--we're helping people create homes they love.
