Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will assist customers with inquiries, process transactions, and ensure a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner. * Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and operating the cash register. * Process sales transactions efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service. * Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales. * Supervise junior staff members when necessary, ensuring adherence to company policies. * Maintain an organized stock area, ensuring products are well-displayed and replenished as needed. * Communicate effectively with team members to resolve customer issues promptly. * Utilize basic math skills to manage transactions and provide accurate change. Requirements * Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. * Strong cash handling skills with familiarity in operating a cash register. * Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and retail math applications. * Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. * Ability to upsell products and services while maintaining a positive customer experience. * Experience supervising or mentoring staff is a plus. * A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer satisfaction. * Preferably have experience in Menswear Join us in creating memorable experiences for our customers while developing your skills in a dynamic retail environment!
