Role
Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our B2B sales efforts in the U.S. This role will focus on building offline sales channels, developing key customer relationships, and establishing a scalable sales structure. The ideal candidate has strong industry experience, existing resources, and the ability to lead and coach a sales team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets through effective coaching, motivation, and strategic planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for B2B (business-to-business) markets, focusing on expanding our customer base and increasing market share.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction
- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis, industry networking, and proactive outreach
- Coordinate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that support sales objectives and enhance brand visibility
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, analyze performance metrics, and optimize sales pipelines
- Oversee account management processes to ensure consistent client engagement and retention.
Requirements
- Experience in the bags, luggage, or accessories industry is strongly preferred
- Proven experience in outside sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets in B2B environments
- Demonstrated management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities to close deals effectively
- Experience in business development activities that expand market reach and generate new revenue streams
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and sales processes
