We are a locally owned tile installation company specializing in custom showers, bathrooms, floors, and backsplashes. Our work is high-quality, professional, and in high demand. We're growing fast and looking for motivated door-to-door sales reps to help homeowners schedule free estimates.

Job Description

As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact with homeowners. Your role is NOT to close deals -- your job is to start conversations and set appointments for free in-home estimates with interested homeowners. This is a great role for someone who is confident, outgoing, and motivated by commission.

Responsibilities

• Knock doors in assigned neighborhoods
• Speak with homeowners about bathroom & shower upgrades
• Identify interest and qualify homeowners
• Set appointments for free in-home estimates
• Track leads and appointments accurately
