Prior powersports sales experience is a huge plus but not absolutely required * A familiarity with power sports including but not limited to Arctic Cat * Polaris * Honda Kawasaki * Yamaha * Polaris * Suzuki * and CFMoto * Previous experience in car sales * retail * or a related salesman role is a plus (but not required) * Strong communication and negotiation skills * A positive * goal-oriented attitude and strong work ethic * Ability to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and product knowledge * Valid driver's license and a professional appearance. * Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check
