Sales & Marketing Specialist (Online & In-Store) Company: 20X Appliances Locations: West Palm Beach / Riviera Beach / Stuart, FL Job Type: Full-Time Pay: Base + Commission + Bonuses (High Earning Potential) Job Overview 20X Appliances is a rapidly growing appliance retailer with three South Florida locations specializing in new, scratch-and-dent, and professionally refurbished appliances. We are seeking a driven Sales & Marketing Specialist who can generate leads, sell both online and in-store, and help expand our digital presence. This is a hybrid sales + digital marketing role for someone who understands how to attract customers online and close deals. Responsibilities * Generate daily leads through Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, Craigslist & social media * Create and manage product listings on eBay and other online marketplaces * Upload and manage inventory on the company website * Assist with website updates and creation (must be comfortable building web pages) * Promote in-store financing ($39 down / 100-day payoff) * Engage walk-in customers and close sales * Plan and execute sales promotions & marketing campaigns * Capture customer data for follow-up marketing * Help grow local brand awareness * Work directly with owner to increase revenue across all channels * Maintain strong product knowledge Requirements * Strong sales ability (online + in person) * Experience posting and selling on eBay required * Must be comfortable uploading products to websites * Website building knowledge (Wix, Shopify, WordPress or similar) * Skilled with Facebook Marketplace & online selling platforms * Marketing mindset and persuasive communication * Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus * Self-motivated, organized & goal-driven * Professional and reliable Compensation & Perks Base pay + commissions on every sale Bonus for online sales growth Growth opportunities within expanding company Employee discounts Work directly with the owner High-income potential for top performers Why Join 20X Appliances?
