Overview

20X Appliances is a rapidly growing appliance retailer with three South Florida locations specializing in new, scratch-and-dent, and professionally refurbished appliances. We are seeking a driven Sales & Marketing Specialist who can generate leads, sell both online and in-store, and help expand our digital presence. This is a hybrid sales + digital marketing role for someone who understands how to attract customers online and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Generate daily leads through Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, Craigslist & social media
• Create and manage product listings on eBay and other online marketplaces
• Upload and manage inventory on the company website
• Assist with website updates and creation (must be comfortable building web pages)
• Promote in-store financing ($39 down / 100-day payoff)
• Engage walk-in customers and close sales
• Plan and execute sales promotions & marketing campaigns
• Capture customer data for follow-up marketing
• Help grow local brand awareness
• Work directly with owner to increase revenue across all channels
• Maintain strong product knowledge

Requirements

• Strong sales ability (online + in person)
• Experience posting and selling on eBay required
• Must be comfortable uploading products to websites
• Website building knowledge (Wix, Shopify, WordPress or similar)
• Skilled with Facebook Marketplace & online selling platforms
• Marketing mindset and persuasive communication
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus
• Self-motivated, organized & goal-driven
• Professional and reliable
