Full description of the position

About The Role: We are seeking a results-driven Sales Support Manager to coordinate and optimize the daily operations of our sales organization. This role reports to the V.P. of Business Development and ensures smooth communication and workflow across the Sales, Customer Service Representative (CSR), and Sales Administration teams. The ideal candidate will focus on process alignment, sales operations, reporting, and follow-up management, driving efficiency and supporting the team in achieving business objectives. * Key Responsibilities: * Oversee and manage daily workflow across Sales, CSR, and Sales Administration teams. * Monitor lead follow-up to ensure timely and effective customer communication. * Prepare sales reports, pipeline summaries, and operational updates for leadership. * Assist with onboarding, training, and documentation for the sales team. * Support leadership with project coordination, process improvements, and issue escalation. * Collaborate with marketing, service, shipping, and accounting teams to maximize results. * Track and report sales performance through KPIs and activity reports. * Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings as needed. Qualifications & Skills: * Minimum 3 years of experience in sales support, operations, or administration. * Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. * Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. * Experience with CRM systems is a plus (HubSpot). * Leadership experience and a track record of supporting high-performing sales teams is a plus. * Knowledge of the medical industry is highly preferred. * Degree, certification, or relevant work experience in sales or business development.
