About the Role: As Sales Manager , you will be a key driver of growth, directly reporting to the Director of Sales. You'll develop innovative, cost-effective solutions for our clients, ensuring top-tier service standards and building lasting relationships. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a high- performing team and help shape the future of experiential events. What You'll Do: * Generate new business through sales calls, industry events, and hotel partnerships. * Maintain ongoing relationships with hotel representatives and past clients. * Respond promptly (within 24 hours) to inquiries and leads. * Collaborate with Creative Services and Operations teams to develop proposals and client solutions. * Build rapport with suppliers, hoteliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. * Work with the creative team to craft tailored proposals, revisions, and follow-ups. * Sell a variety of services including destination management, decor, team-building activities, and more. * Proactively plan and strategize to meet and exceed sales goals, with bonuses for surpassing targets. * Lead sales meetings, attend site inspections, and participate in networking events. * Prepare proposals, contracts, and oversee proposal follow-up. * Coordinate with operations for seamless event execution and client support. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: * Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. * Must be 21 years of age or older. * Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) and a minimum of three (3) years' experience in the hotel, event, DMC and / or hospitality industry * Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. * Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools. * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems effectively. Physical Requirements: * Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. * Physical ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. * Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
