Field Sales Specialist Job Details Job Location: Dallas- Fort Worth, TX (Field-Based; Covers Arkansas, North Texas, Oklahoma) Remote Type: Field-Based Position Type: Full Time Reports To: West Region Sales VP Compensation: $80,000 annually Target Total Compensation (at minimum performance goals): Approximately $200,000 annually Description PulmOne Advanced Medical Devices Ltd is a global medical technology company revolutionizing pulmonary function testing. Our flagship device, the MiniBox+, delivers cabinless, gasless Lung Volume Measurements, Spirometry, and DLCO testing -- all in one compact, portable system that meets ATS and ERS guidelines and is fully reimbursable in the U.S. With offices in the U.S., France, the U.K., and Brazil, PulmOne is expanding rapidly and seeking a driven Inside Sales Manager - Advanced Service Sales to join our U.S. team in Dallas-Fort Worth, TX. In this role, as a Field Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the growth of PulmOne's sales within your designated territory. This includes generating new business, maintaining, relationships with existing clients, and working closely with the West Sales VP, Customer Service teams, and fellow Sales Representatives to ensure continued business expansion. Responsibilities * Develop and execute territory sales plans with the Sales Manager to achieve maximum market impact and exceed sales targets. * Conduct daily field sales calls with potential customers across the assigned region. * Build, manage, and optimize a robust sales pipeline, ensuring alignment with company sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. * Accurately track opportunities and sales performance using CRM tools, including Salesforce and weekly reports, to ensure precise reporting. * Attend industry trade shows and conventions, representing PulmOne and educating healthcare professionals about our innovative products. * Perform product demonstrations (Minimum 2 per week) to showcase and sell PulmOne products. * Maintain product expertise across a variety of clinical specialties to ensure informed sales discussions. * Ensure compliance with company policies, including maintaining a clean driving record and lifting up to 50 pounds as needed. Qualifications * Minimum 4 years of experience in medical, dental or equivalent device sales. * Exceptional communication skills and the ability to quickly build a rapport with clients. * Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems. * strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Self-driven, collaborative, and passionate about sales success. * Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.
