Compensation: $92,000 - $185,000 yearly Responsibilities: * Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions. * Leverage our proven lead generation systems to identify and pursue new business opportunities. * Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies. * Utilize cutting-edge technology and marketing tools to enhance client interactions and streamline processes. * Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs to continuously improve your skills and knowledge. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system. * Assist in organizing and conducting open houses and property showings to attract potential buyers and sellers.
