Our program offers industry- leading training and mentorship to equip you with the tools and knowledge needed to succeed as a business owner in the Northern Illinois market. Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Evenings Off Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Requirements * Were seeking individuals with: * An entrepreneurial drive and a passion for growth. * Sales, customer service, or business experience (preferred but not required). * Strong communication and relationship-building skills. * A positive, goal-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude. * The ability to obtain required insurance licensing (support provided).
