Job Description Four State Home Improvements is expanding and is currently seeking motivated In-Home Sales Consultants to meet with homeowners throughout the Kansas City metro area. This is a consultative, in-home sales role focused on helping customers understand their home improvement options and guiding them through the decision-making process. You'll meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments, assess their needs, and present customized solutions. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working directly with people, managing their own schedule, and being rewarded for performance in a professional sales environment. What You'll Do * Meet with homeowners for pre-set, in-home appointments * Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions * Present pricing, options, and project details clearly and professionally * Follow up with customers to ensure a positive experience * Accurately document appointments and outcomes * Represent Four State Home Improvements with integrity and professionalism What We're Looking For * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Comfortable meeting with homeowners in their homes * Self-motivated and organized * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Ability to learn products, pricing, and sales systems Previous sales experience is helpful but not required. Paid training and ongoing support are provided.
