With ongoing market expansion and a fast-growing agent roster, we are seeking a Growth Partner to join growth division in helping us find great agents and agents of the future. This position offers both stability with a base salary and significant earning potential through performance-based bonuses. Position Overview: The Growth Partner will focus on sourcing, engaging, and converting new real estate agents to join Paramount Home Group. You will work closely with the Director of Growth, our VA (virtual assistant) team, and leadership to manage a recruiting pipeline from first contact to onboarding. This is an in-person role designed for someone who thrives on conversations, relationship-building, and hitting measurable goals. Key Responsibilities: * Source and recruit prospective real estate agents through outbound calls, networking, events, social media, and referrals. * Meet with qualified candidates in person to present the Paramount Home Group value proposition. * Collaborate with the VA team, who will support follow-ups, appointment scheduling, transfers, and CRM management. * Convert inbound and VA-sourced leads through effective conversations and relationship-building. * Track and manage recruitment activity, appointments, and conversion rates in the CRM. * Work with leadership to maintain and grow the recruiting pipeline. * Participate in weekly meetings with the Director of Growth to review progress and plan next steps.
