At Catalyst Point , we partner with AT&T to deliver reliable wireless and internet solutions to local businesses across the Charlotte area. We're currently hiring motivated, people-focused individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives. This is an entry-level opportunity with paid training , hands-on mentorship, and clear growth potential. No prior telecom experience is required -- we're looking for driven individuals who enjoy working with people and want to build real skills in sales and customer engagement. What You 'll Do

• Engage with local businesses in assigned territories to introduce AT&T wireless and internet solutions
• Build rapport, ask the right questions, and recommend services tailored to each customer's needs
• Educate customers on available products, promotions, and service options
• Provide a professional, positive experience from first interaction through enrollment
• Work alongside a supportive team and leadership group focused on growth and development
• Continuously improve sales and communication skills through training and coaching What We 're Looking For
• Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset
• Sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or event experience is a plus (not required)
• Coachable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working in a performance-based environment
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team culture
• Reliable transportation for daily travel to the office and assigned territories

Compensation

& Schedule

• Pay: Performance-based earnings averaging $800 -$1,400 per week
• Training: Paid, hands-on training provided
