Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development * Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities * Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and key decision-makers * Conduct in-person sales visits, cold calls, and follow-ups to drive branch revenue * Negotiate client agreements and pricing based on market conditions and company guidelines Branch Operations * Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and compliance * Manage a team of recruiters and support staff to meet branch goals * Ensure all placements meet client expectations and service standards * Monitor KPIs and financial performance of the branch Client & Talent Management * Deliver exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates * Work closely with recruiters to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified talent * Resolve client or employee issues quickly and professionally Qualifications: * 3+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or a related field * Strong background in B2B sales or business development * Leadership experience with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills * Results-oriented with the ability to work independently * Familiarity with CRM or staffing software is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,934.05 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Ability to Commute: * Oak Lawn, IL 60453 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: * Oak Lawn, IL 60453: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Willingness to travel: * 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
