Our client is a fast growing fitness franchise looking to scale to multiple units in the near future. They specialize in small group personal training for the 40+ crowd. Sales Manager - Fitness Studio Employment Type: Full-time (approximately 45 hours per week, including 2-3 weekend days per month depending on scheduling). About the Role We are a rapidly growing wellness studio offering cutting-edge infrared light therapy in a clean, calming, and community-driven environment. Our mission is to help people feel their best--physically, mentally, and emotionally. We're seeking a Sales Manager to lead studio growth, drive membership sales, and cultivate a strong sense of community. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume, customer-focused setting and is passionate about wellness, sales, and team development. Key Responsibilities As Studio Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for growing studio revenue, increasing community awareness, and ensuring an exceptional experience for every client. Responsibilities include: Making or overseeing 20+ outbound calls, texts, or emails per day to follow up with leads and drive membership sales. Managing the sales pipeline and consistently meeting or exceeding monthly revenue goals. Handling operational tasks such as scheduling, reporting, inventory, and client management. Leading studio tours, conducting sales consultations, and closing memberships. Executing local marketing initiatives, partnerships, and community outreach events. Developing and maintaining a 90-day grassroots marketing plan. Tracking and analyzing KPIs to improve team performance. Coaching and motivating sales associates to achieve team and individual goals. Ensuring a high-quality, personalized client experience and resolving concerns promptly. Taking initiative to solve problems, improve studio performance, and lead by example. Qualifications - Required Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, fitness/wellness management, or a membership-based business. Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales goals. Experience with outbound calling, lead management, and appointment setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients. Highly motivated, organized, and results-oriented. Willingness to work weekends (2-3 days per month) and manage daily studio operations. Qualifications - Preferred Background in boutique fitness, commercial fitness, spa, cryotherapy, or wellness environments. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Mindbody, Zenoti, ClubReady, or similar). Experience executing or supporting local events, pop-ups, or brand activations. Working knowledge of social media for local engagement and light promotional support. Schedule & Compensation Full-time: approximately 40 hours per week across 5-6 days.
