Job Summary: The Seasonal Sales Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store presentation, and supporting daily sales operations during peak seasons. This role contributes to an enjoyable and efficient shopping experience for all MINISO USA customers while supporting store goals and visual merchandising standards. Essential Job Functions: 1. Customer service * Greet customers warmly and deliver a friendly, engaging shopping experience. * Answer product questions, provide suggestions, and assist customers in locating merchandise. * Process customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges according to store policy. 2. Sales floor maintenance * Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor. * Replenish inventory, restock shelves, and ensure product availability. * Support execution of visual merchandising guidelines to reflect brand standards. 3. Cash handling & Point of Sale (POS) * Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently. * Handle cash, credit, and other payment transactions while maintaining accuracy and preventing errors. * Promote and enroll customers in the MINISO Membership Program. * Use POS systems to apply promotions and check inventory as needed. 4. Other duties * Follow all store policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. * Support team members and management with additional assigned tasks. * Maintain a professional, respectful, and collaborative attitude at all times. Additional Qualifications: * Ability to engage with customers in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner. * Strong verbal communication skills for clear and effective customer interactions. * Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed. * Adheres to store policies and procedures. * Supports management with additional tasks as assigned. * Maintains a professional and respectful demeanor with customers and colleagues. * Demonstrates reliability through consistent attendance and punctuality. Education & Experience: * High School Diploma or equivalent required. * Retail sales experience preferred. Pay Range: USD $12.00 - USD $17.00 /Hr.
