Business Development Representative Smile Business Products is the largest independently owned and operated office technology company with five offices across California and Nevada. Opportunity Smile Business Products is looking for one Business Development Representative to improve our brand recognition and help boost our financial growth throughout our branches. This is an exciting opportunity to create action plans, strategies, and promote our company experience that will help us reach our growth initiative including new customer acquisition and client optimization. Position includes some eCommerce selling. Work schedule is 8:00am-4:30pm. Essential Job Duties * Identify and research potential new customers daily. * Conduct outbound calls and email campaigns. * Strategize and work closely with Account Managers and Sales Managers to help further business. * Establish relationships with C-level decision makers to secure new business opportunities. * Learn and maintenance Database Territory Management System * Develop and present phone scripts based on vertical markets. * Learn and execute the benefits of Smile's products and solutions. * Demonstrate outstanding service and support to new and existing customer base. * Other duties will be assigned as business requirements dictate. Knowledge & Skills * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Communication affectively in business-to-business sales over the phone * Ability to maintain Database Territory Management System * Proficient with Microsoft Suite. * Driven to succeed with an-entrepreneurial business and personal goals. * Desire to achieve monthly quota. * A valid driver's license and transportation is required. * Applicant must pass a post-offer background check and drug/alcohol test as a condition for employment. Experience * Minimum Education required: Bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience. * Minimum Experience required: 1 to 2 years proven Business Development, office technology, ecommerce services, or related industry knowledge. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $21.00 plus commission opportunities.
