The Sales Representative plays a key role in guiding homeowners through the remodeling journey by offering expert recommendations on roofing, siding, window and decking upgrades. The position includes pre-scheduled, qualified leads and unlimited earning potential through a generous commission structure. Role Description and Expectations * Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to understand their goals and recommend appropriate exterior remodeling solutions * Present company products and services through clear, confident, and compelling sales presentations * Close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, proposals, and sales activity in the CRM * Deliver exceptional customer service from initial consultation through project handoff. * Follow up with prospects and clients to ensure satisfaction and identify potential referral opportunities * Attend team meetings, training, and sales strategy sessions * Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity Qualifications * Proven track record in sales or customer-facing roles * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on homeowner availability * Comfortable working in a commission-based environment * Experience in home improvement, construction, or exterior remodeling * Familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking tools * Goal oriented with a competitive drive * Excellent communication and relationship building skills * Self-motivated and able to work independently * Trustworthy, professional, and solution focused.
