Responsibilities include assisting customers with their purchases, managing inventory, and maintaining an organized store layout. Duties * Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner. * Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases. * Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring products are stocked appropriately. * Exhibit strong phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries or concerns. * Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and conducting regular stock checks. * Utilize retail math skills to manage sales reports and inventory levels effectively. Experience * Previous experience in retail sales or a grocery store environment is preferred. * Familiarity with cashiering processes and cash handling procedures is essential. * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as language skills can enhance customer interactions. * Strong communication skills are necessary for effective engagement with customers and team members alike. * Experience in merchandising and product demos will be considered an asset.
