Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support and driving sales growth. Bilingual abilities and experience in call center environments are highly valued. Responsibilities * Engage with customers in-person to address inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues promptly * Assist clients with sales transactions, including cash handling and processing payments accurately * Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with prospects and existing clients to promote products or services * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using data entry and CRM systems * Provide exceptional customer support by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions * Manage client accounts, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates in Microsoft Office applications * Demonstrate professional phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer satisfaction Qualifications * Proven experience in customer service, call center operations, or sales roles preferred * Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills * Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with excellent typing speed and accuracy * Experience with data entry, analysis skills, and cash handling is advantageous * Knowledge of outbound calling techniques and customer support best practices * Demonstrated professionalism in phone etiquette and client interactions * Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $31,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
