Sklar Furnishings is looking for a Sales/Design Associate who understands and has a passion for interior design. Candidates with the following qualifications are preferred: * experience in working with elite clientele * knowledge of current design styles and trends * exemplary customer service * team player attitude * comfortable in selling high-valued retail products * strong interpersonal skills Additionally, our ideal candidate can: * Provide a custom client experience, placing heavy importance on personalizing each engagement * Serve as the face of Sklar Furnishings, developing and nurturing strong relationships with each of our clients * Throughout the relationship building process, learn clients' needs and wants and match Sklar's custom resources to address them * Meet sales projections, generate ongoing and repeat sales opportunities while achieving company and individual goals * Work as a team player, supporting and encouraging your fellow Design Associates as well as all other Sklar team members to build a positive, productive and fun environment We provide an exciting and rewarding work environment for those who like to work hard, including growth opportunities.
