Job Qualifications: * 3 years' experience selling temporary labor, temp to hire and direct hire positions * Must have experience in sales for a Staffing Agency * Need to be a great sales professional, self-starter and a closer * Assertive or goal-oriented * Positive, high energy and enthusiastic with an eagerness to learn and grow * Drive and passion to excel in sales * Ability to work in a dynamic, flexible environment where priorities are continually changing * Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills * Proficient use of recruiting software, preferably Avionte Bold Responsibilities include: * Manage daily business development client visits and proposals * Develop a sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability * Assist with marketing campaigns to generate new business * Build and maintain an account portfolio of clients and prospects with top employers and business segments in the local market * Maintain accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity * The desire to work in a team-focused environment * A genuine interest in learning about client organizations and providing quality solutions * The accountability to deliver positive, measurable results * Communicate openly, honestly, and directly with executives and team members * Interact professionally with others * Perform other duties as assigned Job Type: Full-time Pay: $52,194.69 - $65,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
