Company Overview CDL Legal is a rapidly growing legal service company that specializes in providing legal benefits to truck drivers. We've become an industry leader in fighting traffic cases across the United States through our nationwide network of attorneys. We are also trucking safety and compliance experts and partner with carriers to provide online safety management tools. We invest heavily in generating inbound leads -- hot leads come in all day, every day. You'll be closing these warm inbound leads in real time while also making outbound calls to the thousands of Spanish-speaking drivers already in our system. This is a dream opportunity for a bilingual closer who wants to earn serious money. You'll enjoy a constant flow of inbound Spanish and English speaking leads, ongoing training, and the ability to build residual income. Responsibilities * Take inbound calls from Spanish and English speaking truck drivers and convert those leads into paid memberships * Make outbound calls to inactive or former members to re-enroll them * Prospect and qualify new sales leads * Schedule and deliver presentations on CDL Legal products and services * Enter pre-existing tickets into the system for the citation team to handle * Track all sales activities in the company CRM and keep account information current * Maintain a high activity level of 75+ calls per day (inbound + outbound combined) * Collaborate with the citation team to convert pre-existing tickets into memberships * Identify and uncover new carrier opportunities to pass to the carrier sales team * Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and targets Required Qualifications & Skills * Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken) * Proven closer with a "hunter" mentality * Not afraid of the phone - comfortable making 75+ calls per day * Strong communication and relationship-building skills in both languages * Value-added sales approach * Solid computer skills and ability to learn CRM software quickly * Previous sales experience required; trucking industry or legal-plan sales experience a plus * Aggressive, self-motivated, and money-driven Schedule & Benefits * Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (no weekends) * High-energy, family-oriented, faith-based culture * Health insurance and retirement benefits provided Rate of Pay: Base plus residual commission opportunity Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off Work Location: In person
