Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and expanding our market presence through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive approach to customer engagement, and experience in B2B sales across various industries. As a key player in our sales organization, you will utilize your expertise in territory management, lead generation, and product demonstrations to drive revenue growth and build lasting client relationships. Duties * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research * Manage and grow existing client accounts via effective account management strategies * Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients to showcase features and benefits * Develop and execute territory management plans to maximize sales coverage and penetration * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions * Engage in B2B sales activities including negotiations, proposal development, and closing deals * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness * Upsell additional products or services to existing customers to increase revenue streams * Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally * Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast future sales, and inform strategic planning Skills * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a focus on technology or industrial products * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships * Excellent communication and presentation skills for conducting product demos and client meetings * Ability to generate leads through cold calling, networking, and marketing initiatives * Skilled in account management with a focus on customer retention and upselling opportunities * Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data for strategic decision-making * Experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus but not required * Knowledge of technical sales processes and product applications is advantageous * Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing multiple accounts within assigned territories Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal Pay: $61,939.64 - $74,593.97 per year Work Location: In person
