Sales Business Development Opportunity - Join a Top-Performing Automotive Dealership in Delray Beach! Kia Delray is seeking a driven Automotive BDC Representative to join our high-performing team. In this role, you'll handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries for an in-demand brand with an outstanding reputation. We're looking for someone eager to grow their career in sales and technology, with a positive mindset and a strong customer focus. Experience is preferred but not required -- we will train the right person. A successful dealership starts with a great BDC team, and we are looking for a motivated team player who is ready to make an impact. BDC Representative Responsibilities * Generate appointments and quotes through proactive inbound/outbound communication and lead management. * Respond to internet leads and call-ins immediately. * Manage and engage with customers through our live chat platform. * Listen closely to customer needs to provide thoughtful guidance and vehicle recommendations. * Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the highest satisfaction standards. * Partner closely with sales consultants to hand off qualified leads and detailed customer information. * Direct customers to online product resources as needed. * Check and respond to email inquiries promptly. * Facilitate the sales process by collecting and updating customer data. * Perform additional duties as assigned by Management. Requirements * Positive, energetic attitude with excellent communication and listening skills. * Ability to collaborate professionally with customers, coworkers, and all dealership departments. * Consistently meet and exceed established goals. * Follow proven sales processes and techniques. * Attend required training sessions (online and in-person). * Maintain a professional demeanor, strong work ethic, and effective written and verbal communication. * Strong computer proficiency is required. * Reliable attendance and weekend availability are essential. * Ability to perform all functions in a fast-paced environment, with or without reasonable accommodation. * Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
