Wallace Distribution is expanding our sales team and looking for a Sales Development Rep(SDR) to manage existing customers and grow our region in the North and South Carolina markets. Overview

We're seeking a dynamic, results driven Sales Representative to grow and manage relationships with national and regional independent dealers. This role is ideal for a self starter who thrives in a fast paced environment and has experience with two step distribution. Candidate must be based in the territory preferrable in the Charlotte area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand dealer relationships and drive revenue growth.
• Call on national and regional independent dealers to promote product lines, programs, and promotions.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long term partnerships.
• Provide product training, support, and market insights to dealer teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics, and customer service) to ensure dealer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.

Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a two step distribution model.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining dealer relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel regionally as required.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
• Self motivated, organized, and goal oriented. What We Offer
