Inside Sales Representative (Firearms Industry) AIM Outdoor Group | Established 2007 Location: Ontario, CA (In-Person) Compensation * Base Salary: $52,000 + Commission * Additional Pay: Uncapped commission, performance bonuses * Earning Potential: $52,200 - $120,000+ annually (top performers) Who We Are AIM Outdoor Group has been delivering superior performance and high-quality products since 2007. As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative (ISR) with a deep understanding of the firearms industry to join our growing team. This role is more than just sales--it's about building long-term relationships, driving new business, and becoming a trusted partner to our customers. What You'll Do As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and driving revenue growth through proactive sales efforts. Key Responsibilities Include: * Phone-Based Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. * Heavy outbound calling is required * Sales Development: Generate new business by engaging existing customers and identifying new sales opportunities through upselling and cross-selling * Pricing & Negotiation: Negotiate pricing and close deals that align with company margins and customer needs * Key Account Management: Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer requirements and delivering tailored solutions * Order Follow-Up & Support: Ensure timely deliveries, provide post-sale support, and keep customers informed on order status * CRM & Reporting: Track sales activity, account metrics, and pipeline data using HubSpot CRM * Industry Engagement: Represent AIM Outdoor Group at domestic and international trade shows, local industry events, and field testing opportunities * Occasional travel required Skills & Experience We're Looking For * Inside Sales Experience: Proven experience in inside sales with heavy outbound calling * Firearms Industry Experience: Strong knowledge of firearms and shooting sports, with a passion for the industry * Sales Background: Minimum 3+ years of B2B sales or account management experience * Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels * Relationship Building: Strong ability to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships * Multitasking & Detail-Oriented: Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment while maintaining accuracy * Firearms Knowledge: Basic firearms knowledge and safety understanding required; accessories knowledge is a plus * Technical Skills: Experience with HubSpot CRM or similar sales management software * Compliance Requirement: Must have a clean criminal record and be able to pass the DOJ COE process What We Offer * Uncapped Commission Plan - Your performance directly impacts your earnings * Comprehensive Benefits Package , including: * 401(k) * Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays * Employee discounts on AIM products * Professional development assistance * Work-Life Balance: * Monday-Friday schedule * 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (schedule TBD by manager) * No weekends required * Career Growth: Advancement opportunities within a fast-growing organization Who Should Apply This role is ideal for a driven, phone-savvy sales professional who thrives in a high-energy inside sales environment and has a passion for the firearms industry.
