Full description of the position

Working at Boost Mobile means handling a little bit of everything -- sales, customer service, tech support, and sometimes even therapy sessions. Most days, you're helping customers choose phones and plans, doing upgrades, fixing simple issues, and trying to hit sales goals without being pushy. You learn quickly that every customer is different: some are cool and easygoing, others walk in frustrated because their phone "just stopped working" or their bill "randomly" went up. You're expected to keep the store clean, stay on top of inventory, handle cash, and troubleshoot devices on the spot. You explain things like activation fees, port-ins, insurance, and add-ons in simple terms so customers don't get confused. When things go wrong -- bad SIM cards, system errors, angry customers -- you're the one who has to stay calm and fix it. The job is a mix of problem-solving, selling, and making sure people leave happy enough to come back. It helps if you're patient, good with people, and comfortable using different systems and apps. At the end of the day, your goal is simple: help people get a phone they like, a plan they can afford, and make sure the store runs smoothly.
