Customer Sales Associate Responsibilities * Engage directly with new and existing customers in residential areas to promote AT&T products and services. * Educate customers on available plans, features, and promotions to help them make informed choices. * Deliver excellent service by understanding each customer's unique needs and providing tailored solutions. * Maintain accurate customer records and guide them through the signup and activation process. * Ensure compliance with company and client standards during all interactions. * Collaborate with your team to hit goals, share best practices, and grow together. Customer Sales Associate Requirements * A positive, outgoing personality and strong people skills. * Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset. * No prior sales experience required--training is provided! * Background in customer service, retail, hospitality, or similar fields is a plus. * Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team. * Strong communication skills and confidence when speaking with others.
