PMT Management is looking for an AT&T Representative to join our team. In this in-person position, you will work directly with customers to ensure they receive the best service and support. As an AT&T Representative, you will receive comprehensive training, equipping you with the skills to manage customer accounts effectively and deliver exceptional sales service in the Fort Lauderdale area. This AT&T Representative position provides hands-on experience, allowing you to learn the ins and outs of account management in a customer-centric environment. As you grow into the role, you will have the opportunity to transition into a full client Account Manager position. Throughout your training, you will develop the skills to effectively manage customer relationships and drive client sales. AT &T Representative Responsibilities: * Assist in managing customer accounts directly by providing exceptional service and sales support in person within the local region. * Handle customer inquiries, service adjustments, and troubleshooting as part of account management. * Work with customers to explain and promote AT&T Communications' products and services, focusing on account management solutions. * Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction with account management services and sales. * Collaborate with the AT&T Representative team to meet sales targets and achieve customer satisfaction goals. * Participate in AT&T Representative training sessions to learn the tools and skills required for effective account management. AT &T Representative Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent (required). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. * Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude. * A willingness to learn and grow into the AT&T Representative role. * Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
