You will also participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on the latest products, promotions, and sales techniques. Key Responsibilities: * Engage with AT&T customers to identify their wireless, internet, and communication needs. * Explain AT&T products, services, and promotions in a clear and relatable manner. * Assist customers in selecting the most suitable plans and services. * Accurately process service orders, account updates, and transactions. * Stay informed about AT&T products, market trends, and promotions. * Attend team meetings, training sessions, and coaching programs to improve skills. * Represent AT&T with professionalism, positivity, and enthusiasm. * Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed individual and group performance targets. Qualifications: * Must be at least 18 years old. * Reliable transportation to our office and client locations in West Chicago. * Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor. * Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. * Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. * Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and develop new skills. * Prior sales or customer service experience is beneficial but not required.
