We're seeking a driven and talented Sales Coordinator to help us expand our client base for branding, custom website design and development, digital marketing retainers, and website hosting and maintenance services. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with exceptional organizational skills and a passion for building relationships and driving revenue growth. Requirements * 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, business development support, or a similar role (digital marketing or agency experience preferred). * Proven experience in sales or business development within a B2B environment, preferably involving marketing services, technology or technical products. * Strong understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and web development. * Strong written communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity, precision, and professionalism. * Manage key accounts through effective account management strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. * Assist in developing business opportunities by conducting market research and identifying new B2B sales prospects. * Facilitate product demonstrations and sales presentations to current and prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits tailored to their needs. * Engage in direct sales efforts through cold calling, inside sales, and local events to generate new leads and upsell existing clients. * Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic culture * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively. * Negotiate terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and being solution oriented. * Adaptability and resilience in the face of challenges, with the ability to learn and grow from setbacks. * Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. HubSpot) preferred. * Commitment to working out of local office in Alpharetta, GA is required. * Willingness to travel on occasion and complete a background check. * Strong growth mindset with a desire to build a career. Responsibilities * Outbound calling and e-mails into targeted companies and industries * Maintain regular touch points with existing clients to check satisfaction and recommend additional value-driven solutions. * Proactively call and follow up with current clients to identify upsell opportunities across services such as SEO, PPC, social media, and website enhancements. * Qualify inbound leads based on needs, service interest, timeline, and budget. * Schedule discovery calls for the sales team and ensure all client information is captured accurately. * Maintain communication with leads before and after scheduled calls to increase close rates. * Update all inbound and upsell activities within Hubspot CRM, ensuring accurate and current data. * Track movement of leads through the pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and next steps. * Deliver compelling presentations to clients that clearly communicate value, ROI, and strategic recommendations. * Review and interpret Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements from prospective clients. * Coordinate with internal teams (strategy, creative, development, marketing) to gather information for RFP responses. * Provide support for special administrative requests from the CEO, helping to address time-sensitive needs and organizational priorities.
